Notice to Town of Round Lake Residents
SNOW REMOVAL:
Don’t put debris, material or other objects in the road right-of-way.
The town has the right to bill for any damages that are caused by your equipment (skid steers, plows, etc.) on the roadway or in the right-a-way. Per State Statues 86.01, 86.07 and 346.97, it is illegal for persons to leave deposits of any material on highways. This includes snow from a private driveway. Garbage cans must be placed and removed the same day that collection occurs.
NOTICE OF SPRING ELECTION (Town of Round Lake) (April 4, 2023)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at an election to be held in the Town of Round Lake, on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, the following offices are to be elected to succeed the present incumbents listed. The term for all offices is for two years beginning on Tuesday, April 18, 2023.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the first day to circulate nomination papers is December 1, 2022, and the final day for filing nomination papers is 5:00 p.m., on Tuesday, January 3, 2023, in the office of the town clerk.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that if a primary is necessary, the primary will be held on Tuesday, February 21, 2023.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, that the final day for an incumbent officeholder to file notification of non-candidacy to inform filing officer of intent not to run for re-election (failure to notify will extend nomination papers deadline 72 hours for that office) is December 23, 2022, at 5:00 p.m.
Acceptable Photo ID will be required to vote at this election. If you do not have a photo ID you may obtain a free ID for voting from the Division of Motor Vehicles.
